Customers are under increasing pressure to reduce costs overall. A particular focus has been on better customer management of the supply chain process; inventory reduction being a primary objective.

Bel Volt understands what it takes to provide appropriate solutions. Following are examples that we have implemented:

• Increased Overall Inventory: We have been increasing our inventory levels in both quantities and scope of products.

• Emergency Storm Inventory: Our core manufacturers have instituted formal Emergency Storm Inventory programs to support the industry in those times of unpredictable needs.

• Dedicated Inventory: Bel Volt has the ability to establish dedicated inventory for select customers based on meeting certain criteria.

• Inventory Management Program: Bel Volt designed and implemented an inventory management program that analyses historical sales as well as variables to address future demand (forecasting).
